He recommended a ZipFit liner, which offers a race-like fit without the pain and inconvenience. Michael Abel has been exceedingly helpful, having recommended Arnie Davis (Novato, CA) for custom orthotics. Michael is also highly skilled at tuning skis, having real sophistication regarding edge beveling. Eric Kipp has consistently gone out of his way to help regarding a wide range of topics. I have also purchased from California Ski Company, who set a similarly high standard.

Eric is a master ski boot fitter. I highly recommend him. He knows his stuff. Very personable.
